Accommodation is over two ground floors. Bedroom One with en-suite, lounge and kitchen are on the upper ground floor. Bedroom Two is situated on the lower ground floor with the shower room. There are stairs with a hand rail down to the lower ground floor.

Parking  is situated next to the cottage in the form of a large off road gravelled lay-by. There is ample room for two cars. 

Nearest Amenities    Aberchirder is a village just 3 miles down the road. It offers a good Co-op, chemist, Post Office, Chinese takeaway and a couple of pubs. Banff is 5 miles in the opposite direction. An easy and beautiful drive it is a seaside town offering a selection of shops, takeaways and eateries. Also located here are the Drs, A&E and Dentists. All local information is in the cottage Welcome Book.

Public Transport  is available from Banff, where you can catch a bus along the coast towards Elgin and Inverness, or to Fraserburgh and Aberdeen. The nearest train station is 15 miles away in Huntly, where you can catch a train to Aberdeen. There is no public transport near the cottage. The location necessitates a motor vehicle. Motor Bikes welcome. 

Booking conditions  are emailed prior to a booking being confirmed. It is assumed that the Holiday Maker has read, understood and agreed to the Booking Conditions.  Any questions, please ask. 

This is a non-smoking property. 

However guests are welcome to smoke in the garden. Thank you.
