Low Season is September through to April inclusively (£110 per night)
High Season is May through to August inclusively £875 per week (£125 per night)
Christmas & New Year is £1,015 per week (£145 pernight)

The changeover day is Friday for weekly bookings.
Short Breaks during Low Season ONLY
Minimum stay of 4 nights (between Friday - Friday)
Start days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday
Departure days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday

Payments
Deposit - Card payments are accepted during the reservation process.
A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking.
This is only refundable 30 days or more prior to reservation. See full cancellation policy.
Our payment system is PCI Compliant and operated by Stripe.
Balance - The full balance becomes due 30 days prior to arrival.
A payment link will be sent to the lead booker.
Returning Guests Discount - Terms & Conditions
All returning guests receive 10% discount on the weekly price.
The discount is only applied to direct bookings through our website.
This will be applied after the reservation has been made and the balance adjusted.
Please email us separately to confirm you have stayed with us previously.
Cancellation Policy
Please read the full policy during the reservation process.
In short.......
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival,
then a charge equal to the first nights of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival,
then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
NO PETS ACCEPTED
We do not accept pets of any kind.
In the event of pets accompanying guests,
they will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
