Bedroom One
Bedroom One features a king size bed, with a deep pocket sprung mattress and memory foam topper, to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. Quality sheets are teamed with lovely soft throws and plenty of cushions. The bed benefits from a sumptuous duck & down duvet and a selection of feather pillows. The duvet is in an anti-allergy cover.
There are USB ports by the bedside drawers and plenty of storage space for your clothes.
Adjoining the bedroom is a luxury en-suite shower room.
Bedroom One Ensuite Shower Room
The shower room is spacious and fully tiled.
Supplied with toilet tissue, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. There is a mirror with cabaret lights and a separate shaver point.
Soft bath towels are provided.
Bedroom Two
Bedroom Two on the lower ground floor features soft velour curtains, luxury cushions and low lighting, to create a restful place in which to wind down. It is a warm and cosy room with plenty of drawer space and a dressing table.
Both bedrooms offer luxury accommodation for two people. As with Bedroom One the king-size bed in this room benefits from a sumptuous duck & down duvet, feather pillows and quality linen. The duvet is in an anti-allergy cover.
Being downstairs, it is away from the main bedroom which makes the cottage perfect for couples on holiday together. The room is both quiet and cosy.
Bedroom Two Shower Room
The shower room is spacious and partially tiled, with a frosted window. There is a mirror with cabaret lights and a separate shaver point. There is also a heated towel rail.
Supplied with toilet tissue, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap.
Soft bath towels are provided.

The lounge is the central room of the house, where guests will spend most of their time relaxing. The contemporary décor, with a touch of Scotland is both comfortable, practical and cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need whilst self catering. Every detail has been thought through to provide you with that home from home feeling. It features an electric hob and fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Please note there is no dryer, but there is a washing line, clothes pegs and an iron. Denby crockery, china mugs and a fun colour scheme make this kitchen a pleasure for everyone to spend time in.
Everything is sparkling clean on arrival and fresh kitchen cloths & towels are provided for every new visitor.
The dining table seats four on comfortable leather chairs.
